More than 2 weeks treadmill was sent to the wrong address, once it arrived it ended up being a rowing machine? Have been promised daily of the delivery to be correct and now Zak no longer answers emails or telephone calls. They cannot provide a tracking number for my treadmill yet they have managed to arrange a courier to collect the wrong item from my house very easily? Escalation of this issue looms....

Not answering phones and not getting feedback on order Order placed 5th October, Loot cannot give me an answer on my order and neither can the supplier. Quick to deduct money from your account, not so quick to give you a blinking answer. How hard is it to return a call and communicate?????????? Left multiple messages, called numerous times and waited for around 10 minutes plus per call... still haven't received any call backs. The times I did get through I was transferred to numerous people and got "not my department"... no please hold.. phone rings and cuts off. If you don't want business and customers irritate you either change the people or close the business down. Simple.
