I will stay very far away from this company. They will quote you for a e-commerce website, make excuses for not delivering (or just not get back to you on emails), accuse you for not being appreciative (of the price that they say was quoted under "market value" to start off with). And told that you are disorganized. After payment for additional hours (as quoted by them as per your brief) - only some of the changes get done and the others are completely ignored. I never once negotiated or asked for a discount - but repeatedly have their low prices thrown in my face....They give deadline dates and times that your changes will be made, but dont make the changes and ignore your messages. If you complain about service you will be told that the team is offended and don't want to work with you. I have paid extra for an email address - that's fine. I missed the first OTP to activate it and they ignore all requests for another. After they miss the agreed time to make the changes (more than once) - On voicing your grievances they will quote you extra and not help you until you pay it. If you refuse to pay this additional cost and ask for your website back-end back they don't give it to you, threaten to suspend your site (unless you pay more), withhold your email address and invoice on hours lost??? Your access to web back end is blocked - thus holding your site hostage, Even after work on your shop was not even started, you have paid hosting for a year and have nothing to show for your money. Huge scam in my opinion!!! And now I am being threatened with legal action for this review. Go figure.... Good luck
