I'm not satisfied at all with the service I received earlier on.. First off the gentleman that was assisting me, was sitting down at the counter, and only got up when I said HI! I asked for R20 airtime, but got R10 instead. He never even had the descency of giving me my change. The problem is I realised only when I was recharging outside the mall while organising an Uber. Not returning to that store ever!!! By the way he's name from what my slip shows is Sibongiseni. Thank you!!!!!!
