Useless. I cancelled my contract and asked for my number to be moved to prepaid. Only to wake up this morning and my number has been cancelled. I'm told there is nothing they can do. Now I am inconvenienced

After driving a total of 100km, twice, to the Telkom store at Fourways Mall to get a change of ownership done 20 days ago, we still have no feedback on the process. According to one of the front office staff, Thulisele, the branch manager Lebo Enele, sent our documents through to smart access division to process this. After following up yet again from our side, Mpho Magoro from the smart access division replied that no documents were received to process our change of ownership. Normal communication channels such as phoning or emails does not work. It's impossible to reach the right person through Telkom's useless options when phoning. To make it even more difficult no branch has a direct number that you can call to talk to the person you were dealing with the first time. With emails no one takes responsibility of the query and most times you wait days for a reply if you are lucky to get one. It's a shame that clients has to revert to bad reviews on social media platforms for companies like Telkom to wake up.

Abysmal service. After spending neigh on 4-hours in total over the last few weeks trying to fix an internet coverage issue I went to 3 different stores. None of the technicians even knew what was wrong?! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR TELKOM. Their after sales service is truly embarrassing!

They don’t know what they’re doing. I’m currently on day 4 of not having wi-fi and a working landline. Everytime i go to the shop i’m told a different story. Akhona gave me the wrong number2follow up on progress of my request. And what’s fustrating is that the call centre redirects you to the telkom shop.
