This is the second time I went to Sandton city Tellkom office, paid for data, went home and nothing was loaded. I had to drive all the way back to that office to have it loaded. I am very upset about this sort of nonsense especially having to risk coming out during this corona issue... It is such a shame... The man at 7 booth with a big head committed this mess, the other day it was a yellow lady with a gap tooth at booth 2 or 3, can you people concentrate a little bit more?????????????? not sure why I needed to upload a photo.

They should update their opening and closing times, i came two times to only to find them closed, even though on google maps they are still open.

Visit the redesigned store, not only is it spacious, organised and aesthetically pleasing. The queue system is efficient and the service was swift. All sanitization protocols were followed by the staff, wiping and sanitizing chairs, desks and pens after each customer. It's right next to Nandos Sandton so isn't that just a bonus right there. You can now cancel your telkom mobile contracts in store; instead of online as it was done in the past: a much better system. However, the one negative I have found is if you request a cancelation, your internet service suddenly diminishes- almost as punishment for the cancelation. Well, share if you have the had the same experience :)
