Very disappointed at the level of help or assistance given, not only from a professional level but a humanitarian one too, and the lack of empathy or caring regarding the latter. I say so because of the lengths I had to go in order to obtain a copy of an aerobics certificate for a friend who is working abroad and needed his original certificate in colour, of which he did not have. The institute made every excuse possible in the beginning to desist in helping me until the talk of payment for the document came in. Later in the day I got in touch again to which they responded the document would not be ready today though I stressed it was urgent and for a visa application deadline. As soon as I sent the proof of payment suddenly I was first preference. The friend had also called them directly from Japan and was told he could only get a physical copy. There was just no extra care or consideration for one's fellow man and that is sad, to say the least. For this reason of the sheer lack of integrity of staff professionals, I will take care to avoid business with said institution in future. You can tell a lot about a company on the basis of its employees.
