Rude, inconsistent, service quality low, good customer relations non existent. The company signed a whole bunch of Cape Town company's and has subsequently closed their Cape Town offices and so the support for these company's have collapsed. Queried a bill an have not received a satisfactory answer 16 months later.

Shocking service. Don't think going to management will make a difference either. They truly don't care. The lines have been down once every six weeks for the last two years. This time for 10 days and no one wants to help. No one cares about your loss of income.
Horrible Service. Do yourself a favor and do not make use of their service. From the get go we have had problems. When we phone them a consultant says they will look into the matter and phone back. There is no reference for the phone call and the consultant never phones back regarding the issue. I would give then a zero rating if I could.
I have never worked with a company like this. No internet since August 2018. I had to pay an additional fee of R3000.00 to have a speedy connection. I paid this. To date I have no internet. I call daily. Nothing gets done.
Shocking customer relations. If customer support refuses to let you finish your sentence... they will never be able to understand the problem. Due to server changes by Office Guru, we were experiencing faulty telephone lines for weeks, were down for more than a day before they realized the problem is on their side and not ours, and still took 24 hours to fix it. Loss of business for a client is of no concern to this company.
Only reason they get a one star is Google doesn't allow 0 stars the service is shocking I will never use them again and I recommend that people rather use Telkom opposed to the office guru even Telkom are more useful absolutely pathetic customer service
Sales person was misleading. Do not trust these scammers. The sales pitch was an optic fiber internet deal together with there telephone systems, that is fine because the we can cancel our DSL line and save money. Now there is no Fiber, there systems are installed so we get billed for there useless telephone systems, we can't cancel our DSL then we have no internet access. No savings whatsoever as in the sales pitch just a scam. Now we have to pay 2 bills. Worst of all they can't tell you when can you expect fiber in your yard, just say its not there responsibility. Don't do businesses with these scammers you regret it.
