Well located. Good selection.
I have previously shopped at Truworths and was always been satisfied with my purchases. I however was so disappointed when I got back to the United States and realized that I was sold a pair of sandals that I fitted on in the store to get my true size before the attendant got me the box with my size from the back storage room. The shoes I ended with was one size 5 and one size 6 of the same foot the left. What is more depressing is I hive no idea how to return it..
Love the store, great staff. May be a bit small but you get a different variety from what one is used to.
Staff are a little unattentive, but the products in the store are well worth a look
Upmarket but the service is appalling
