I could not recommend Veil Bridal Couture more! The staff, dresses and atmosphere make for an incredible experience. I felt incredibly comfortable and right at home. I was lucky enough to have Lize (the owner) alongside me for every step of the journey. She helped me find my absolute dream dress and ensured it was altered to perfection. At Veil you can expect a very personal experience, with a sincere and honest approach to wedding dress shopping. I am so glad I said yes to my dress here and will definitely be recommending to any future brides.

Dudu, Bianca & Lize are all just beautiful, stunning, down to earth woman making your whole experience relaxed, fun, exciting and memorable. Veil Bridal's new location is JUST BEAUTIFUL, so tranquil and elegant, you feel like you have walked into a stylish DAY SPA and immediately feel at ease when you are welcomed with coffee and doughnuts and then BUBBLY & a special gift when I said YES TO THE DRESS! 5 star service & experience. To the Veil team; What a beautiful experience from start to finish. I spent a few weeks entering the gorgeous premises of Veil. From the tasty Cappuccinos to the incredible Sass and wisdom of Behanke and Lize; these girls knew what I wanted and they picked accordingly. They were friendly, incredibly supportive, personalised, and accommodating. It was luxury at its finest with a modern and sophisticated setting! The tasteful gardens and Frangipani trees added a majestic feel. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You knew what I wanted and you helped me find it. MINUS STARS! TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE I had to cancel my dress fitting because of the Covid situation and my health (I have stage 4 cancer). When I first tried to call Veil Bridal to cancel the phone just rang and there was no option to leave a message. I then emailed because it was just easier with my fatigue. I have been too ill to take calls from Veil Bridal - when they have called they have not left a message nor have they responded to my emails on whether they will help me with a refund for the dress fitting. As a result the dress fitting day has come and gone (on Saturday) and my emails are still being ignored. I'm very saddened and disappointed that I am not getting a response to a simple question - will I get a refund or not? it feels.like I'm being deliberately ignored so that they don't have to refund me. I'm struggling with cancer fatigue ...I really don't need this kind of trouble or strife in my life right now Subsequent to a post on IG I was threatened with legal action on the basis that I had "defamed" their business. Future brides take heed.....
