I bought their products for a home renovation. Found something broken - could have been my builders or delivered like that - wasn't certain, but after a couple of e-mails they came to site and replaced the damaged components, no questions asked and no charge. We need more customer service like that!! A year later - one of the mixer taps was stiff and a diverter valve was leaking. Again no problems, arrangement quickly made for a Service Call. They called again to advise the team were running late, then arrived at the revised hour and sorted the problem out. Well done Vortex team !
