Nothing but poor reviews from so many people. A coincidence? I think not. My issues pertain to noise - dogs barking - Lavender Lane, Paulshof. I have probably complained to Maggie and the old estate manager Lynn over 25 times in the last 4 years and nothing gets done about the same repeat offenders who's dogs bark abnormally all day from 5 30am right into the evening. When you email Tracy, she just refers you back to the estate manager who does nothing. The perpetual cycle never ends. There are simply too many dogs in this complex and a complete lack of proper vetting of tenants who choose to keep dogs. Thank god we are finally leaving this complex!

After 5 months, still haven't transferred the property account. Every time I call, I get the same answer. It will hopefully be done tomorrow. Allow me to clarify. This is not for the transfer of the property, but rather the account from the previous owners to me.

This managing agent does not take ownership of the double billing of owners and double payment to suppliers. They pay using quotations and then pay invoices dated Feb 2020 during 2021. Instead they are quick to blame the Estate managers instead of double checking and admitting their mistakes. Really pathetic and we have to pay for their double billing fraud. Still waiting for the escalation department to contact me. Clearly they can't respond as they are so incompetent

Whitfields is the worst managing agents to have, I would not recommend them to any complex / individual. We are struggling with canibus smoking and dealing in our complex where a blind eye is turned by Whitfields and the owner. There is no support as a owner raising the matter nor is the safety of all the other owners, tenants or children taken into consideration.

Ever since our complex moved over to Whitfields it has meant peace of mind. They are super organised, professional and communicate to customers effectively. I would recommend Whitfields to anyone who needs an excellent property management company.

Absolutely rubbish , allowed my complex to just add random amounts onto my account and still can’t provide any answers expect “They told me to” , busy taking it to the CMOS

The worst property management.. they like blaming the estate for their mistakes. They will bill owners for wrong maintenance cost and if you question them they have no answers. There is only one person who doesyour complex and that person is always unavailable or on training. And

I’ve been a property owner for years in one of the complexes they took over , since their take over it’s been the most frustrating , unbelievably upsetting time ! The staff are extremely rude , unprofessional and the amount of money spent on levies is really not worth the service and services received! Last month I informed the agent that I’m changing banks , payed the levies in advance however they still debited my old account and charged me for debit order rejection fees !? How is that even possible? I couldn’t rent out my unit as it overlooks the pool which was not maintained by the property management,. The company always refuses to take responsibility of their actions and errors. Where does one go from here? Am I supposed to sell my unit because I’m extremely dissatisfaction with how this company handles incidents. Where can we formally file a complaints and have action taken against Whitfields’s as there are so many unhappy clients that are being ripped off and are still paying their hard earned money to this company. The must be a way forward!
