I was very happy using Zulzi for a while. The past few times I have used them, my order has been very late. Sometimes being delivered to a completely different area as well as orders being mixed up. I won’t be using Zulzi again.

Very horrible! You will wait and when they eventually come the order is always wrong and items are always missing. Use Zulzi at your own risk!

I used to love this service from Zulzi, but lately Orders are either delivered much later than the time slot you chose, or they are incorrect (some items missing). The customer service center is good at refunding you, HOWEVER that refund comes as a zulzi credit rather than money back in your account, unfortunately this means that you have to use their app again to get your money back. An endless loop of incorrect orders and credits applied to your account. :-(

Allergic to answering the phone for some reason -- assuming the inept management told their support staff that they can get covid through the phone..? Anyway, don't use it. Lots of great alternatives out there.

I thought I'd try using this app again after they delivered incorrect items on my first try. Jokes on me! After my order being over an hour late, I decided to call them to find out what was happening. I was told the driver was 15 minutes away. Over 1 hour later the driver is still not here.

I place an order at 19:20 and it was supposed to be delivered at 20:57. I am still waiting for my groceries. Just got a notification saying that my Groceries are delivered but I did not receive it. The driver sent me a message saying my phone is off. I can’t even text him back because he “completed” my order. I am so angry, there is after hours number to call. I am deleting this app as soon as I get my stuff. USELESS APP EVER!!!!!!

Tried phoning Zulzi for the past 20 mins. I am told I am 8th, 7th and and 5th in Q and but estimated response time time has gone from 3 mins to 10 mins.!!! Very poor customer care. Cracks are appearing in their business model.
