Not even worth a one star when it comes to service. Nobody at the tobacco counter but three workers in front of the counter just talking without indicating alternatives. Immediately provoking the perseption that they are doing customers a favour. Not service delivery orientated at all. I'm gladly accepting the hint to go to other supermarkets in Sasolburg thank you

Sosial distance after security was rasit calling me rasist names after he pulled out of the front of the row and sending me to the back of the row refusing to give his name and whole time putting his face next to mine and if I try getting distance he come closer

Love the store but the service. Train your staff to greet and be helpful to customers. Take packers away. They stand around talking to cashiers and customers must wait.
