I reported the problem and they couldn't fix the problem. If I believed them, I had to replace my decoder and video machine. There is nothing wrong with either of them, it is just the technicians that doesn't know what they are doing. I will never recommend them to anyone

Only place in Krugersdorp that could supply me with a new explora A7 remote.
My remotes worked perfectly. Problem with one decoder. Paid R600 to do programming on decoder. One remote does not work right after job was done. Mzi (not sure of the spelling)(the technician) said on WhatsApp he will return as well as over the phone but never came.
Not very friendly and selling DSTV products, but way more expensive than other traders.
Fantastic, and very friendly service! Helpfull and understanding. Would recommend for anyone.
