It's such a hassle to get your deposit back. It feels like you are being bullied for moving out. Apparently they are 'busy ' and I guess when one is preoccupied bills cannot be paid. How convenient. It's been two weeks! Had tables been turned there would be interests added. But hey you are just a struggling student.

This is my fourth year staying in Savana, lekker place. Just like any other house they have their rules, and their rules are helpful because they keep on reminding you that you came to here to study. Admin lady is a very friendly person, easy to talk to, and the security is tight.

I'll be honest this res is well run so clean no problems the only problem is that no sleep overs for friends there's a curfew. Your girlfriend cant vist/Boyfriend that's the only annoying part over all well run place well run

not the best accomodation if you are a tertiary student because theres a curfew rule of 11-12pm, even before lockdown the curfew was still there. so if you are in university dont stay here because all your other friends will be going out and you’ll be stuck bcz you have a curfew. the gate is locked after that. no hot water half of the time. it could’ve been better i guess.

Horrible place!! I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone i know,first of all the security guards are not friendly and how is it that after 10pm we can’t get fresh air in the garden? As a student,you sometimes do need that change of scenery to get yourself in check. I didn’t have hot water the whole weekend this week and when i raised my concern,i got told to wait for maintenance on Monday?its raining outside and mina i have to shower with cold water mxm

My stay here was okay but I experienced some issues. For instance most of the time we had no hot water, our toilet had rust and it leaked and when we put a complaint on the matter they would come and but some stuff to stop it temporary and then 2 weeks after it would leak again. The rooms they show you before you move in are totally different from the ones we stayed in, the flooring had bed stamps, the study tables were vintage(old). I made a mistake with not reading the contract fee, please note that you will not get that R 900 or whatever money it is back. I made a mistake with not asking the lady to clarify it to me. On the good note the management is friendly. P.s this was not during the lockdown
