Horrible to say the least, Jeanette is the lady that's handling my account, she is unprofessional , incompetent, I call her 5-6 times to make an arrangement she never gets back to me I literally have to chase this woman to make an arrangement, and another thing I didn't like she made an arrangement without my consent, she randomly sent me a message of the amount I ought to pay without consulting me, I'm disappointed and disgusted by this agent and company.
