I initially rated the branch a 1 star. This was judged by my experience over the years, however, I was contacted by Candice who tried her best to rectify some of my concerns. I revisited the branch and all staff were friendly and helpful. The Optician explained well. Thank you for the effort and good service.

my appointment was on 10/02/21 at 09:00 am. I was promptly attended to. The optometrist Mrs Govender and Carol Luthuli were refreshingly professional and helpful to all my enquiries. This store has improved noticeably from the past to currently. I should know as I have been visiting spec savers Scottburgh for almost 6 years to date.
Very disappointed on Saturdays Appointment 19 December 2020. I was made to feel as though I was wasting their time despite it being my 2 year repeat appointment. I would like that the Franchise Manager could call me.
Exremely unfriendly. I will NEVER go the re again!
