If I could give 5 blank stars I would. I bought a product online from the store in Secunda and fully paid for it. Immediately after the transaction I got a call saying the product was faulty and not ready for pickup. Why advertise a faulty product to begin with? After that I was told to wait a week so I could get a better one that was coming. I asked if I would be required to augment the money I had originally paid and I was told that wouldn't be necessary as the fault was on their part. I waited, it came, and I went in for pickup, got there and I was told to add more money on the purchase which is something I asked about and was told wouldn't be required. I just asked for a refund, and I doubt I'll ever bring them business ever again. Thabiso and company are liars.

I love cash crusaders, but I'm giving 3 stars because it feels like every time I visit the shop to sell & buy PS4 games.. I have to face being robbed at my car or on the walk to your shop. I feel like many of Secunda's people would benifit if you had a new safer location..
