Yes very poor service, and the lady does not have the proper manners to talk to people. Wil not be taking my car there ever again. Was lied to about my service plan, told it expires but then all of a sudden it expires in 2023.. i ask them to check some faults on the car and inform me and she never did, never phoned and said the car was done, phoned them and said they will phone me back, an hour later i had to phone again to get info, was second inline there but only got my car back at 16:00. I mean how can you work like this. I have alot more to say but dont believe it would change any thing there. Done, wont see me again.

I am very dissapointed with the service I am currently recieving. The sales lady that helped me in March 2020 was terrific. Carina helped me alot and went out of her way to ensure that the deal is running smoothly. Thank you for that Carina. As for the rest of the service from different departments i cannot say the same. My car needed a fog light and the drivers window was not working. Also i am still waiting for my licence disc for my vehicle it is September already!!! I have been struggling since july for someone to replace my fog light and my driver side window. The fog light replacement the used department has already payed for!! The part is at the workshop! No one can help me. The window is under warranty and the wiring needs to be checked for the warranty to replace this. They told me they are waiting for a courtesy vehicle to return then they will take my car in and repair everything, it has been 2 weeks already! I am extremely unhappy i am a young student who has purchased my first car by myself and now i am struggling like this. Every time i call they say the person i want to speak to line is busy they will call me back. Here i am 5 months later with NO result. I am disgusted.

If I could give 0 star rating, I would! In March 2020 we went there to get a car for my little sister. I had taken leave that Friday hoping we'd get a car that same weekend, and then I would go back to Johannesburg knowing my little sister was sorted. First thing when we got there, we were approached by Sfiso Nsibande who was very eager to assist, and very friendly. We explained to Sfiso that if we can't get the car we were interested in that same weekend, then we unfortunately have to try elsewhere as getting the car the following week would mean extra costs: I would have to travel again from Jhb the following week, and my little sister would have to pay for a guest house when she already paid for an apartment, since the guest house was closer to her workplace and didn't require a car. I explained all this to Sfiso who quickly ASSURED us that we would get the car that same weekend, which of course didn't happen. We ended up paying for the guest house for another week. But that was quickly resolved because they offered a discount on the car, to make up for the extra costs caused by the delay in getting the car. We were told we'd get the money in a month. That never happened and we understood because the country was preparing for lockdown. Fast forward almost 6 months later, after a number of calls and emails to Sfiso Nsibande (I have all the emails and recorded phone calls), we still haven't received our money. And nobody cares. If we don't call to follow up, Sfiso doesn't bother to update us. Last time we spoke he said he would call back. But he never did, as usual. I have never in my life witnessed such poor customer service, after giving you so much time to sort things out. Extremely disappointing to say the least! We never expected to be scammed by Ford!
