Bestest beer tasting experience I've ever had. They certainly have a beer for everyone! My personal favourites were the autumn ale, Irish red ale, tiddly tortoise and the porter. 10/10 for this local brewery

A tiny little micro brewery filled with big personalities and a surprisingly big range of beers, all distinctly different. Well worth a visit when at the market or whenever close by.

We stopped here to drink some beer on a rainy afternoon. Tony had a great range of beer from blonde to porter, with 6-7 different beers on tap. He kept us entertained with his stories and even taught us a bit about beer brewing. It was an enjoyable afternoon and I highly recommend it!

We stopped at Sedgefield Brewery when we passed through from Knysna to Wildernis. A guy along our journey on the garden route told us to stop here. I am so glad we did. The beer was amazing and the brewery was something different. We loved the decor and simplicity of it. We will definitely visit again!

Tony Hunter and his wife are excellent hosts and are willing to share their knowledge and exceptional beers with one and all. An excellent arrays of beers that keep well in the bottle. Definitely my port of call on every visit to Sedgefield.

The Beerwanderer

Nice stop on the Garden Route. It's just a little tasting room but owner/brewer is friendly, giving out small free tastes. You can also drink full measure but we had more driving to do so got some bottles for our overnight stop. We were glad we did, it was one of the best Porters in South Africa and the IPA was great, too.
