I had to nag them to come do the work. They promised Friday, but without any call or notification didn't pitch. I then called them in Saturday and eventually my call was answered. They then came out on Saturday afternoon at my insistence and did the work I required very well. Today, 3 days later I went to the shop to remind them to invoice me. Eventually my job card was found and I was invoiced but at a different rate to what I was quoted. I was told the call out fee included 30m of cable and yet I was charge for the cable...? I do realise Sedgefield is a small town, but in all honesty this is small town service at best.
