Heleen took excellent care of my kitty cat. She made sure she settled in well and let me know soon as she ate and how she adjusted. This was our first time dealing with a cattery and we where very nervous. Heleen was absolutely amazing, she goes out of her way to take care of her "guests". We found Leo meowing around the house looking for her... that sais it all. This is definitely his new home from home.
