The (older white) lady working at the front desk is so rude. She doesn't greet and when she eventually looks up at you and asks " kan ek help " and you provide her with information, she very rude and bluntly says " jy is by die vekeerde plek, ek weet nie met wie jy gepraat het nie " and continues looking down shuffling through papers. It's enough of a pain to go to the Sheriff's office to sort out personal matters, take time off work and this is the service you get?
