My product was terrible. They guaranteed it is not going long but mine was. My pipe for the hubbly had scratches everywhere and was dirty. Worse the pipe did not fit into the hubbly. They recommended the new head that does not require the use of foil, but that thing is useless. It constrains the flavour, you have to then put twice as much of the flavour. The handle to lift the lid to avoid touching the hot coal lit is plastic, which means overtime it also attracts the heat and you can't touch it cos it's too hot. All the attachments don't perfectly fit. It could be this certain product I bought, but the staff all guaranteed that everything will fit perfectly and it is an original product and not a fong kong; information they volunteered. Service is great in the store but the products are not worth the money. R750 wasted on their product

Very helpful. Can negotiate pricing. Will replace the coils. 6 month warranty on most items etc. Easy to access. Full Covid controls in place

Very approachable staff- friendly and helpful with a broad knowledge of their product range. You pay for the convienience and the long, grizzling hours they have their doors open to the public. Big ups to the Shisha Vape team- what a great location!

Just been to this store the service is horrible the owner is pathetic told me that I wasted their time they are so petty won’t recommend the store to anyone he also started to be vulgar I would give them a beyond negative rating. NEVER AGAIN
