This was the worst service I have ever experienced. I called to make an enquiry and was met with the rudest person ever! He did not give me the opportunity to even ask the question! After explaining who I was and where I was calling from he promptly told me that they are too busy....I then proceeded to tell him I didn't choose to tell him anything further because of his rudeness and guess what!.....He promptly slams the phone down in my ear!!! I never experienced such unprofessionalism or rudeness ever! You get a total thumbs down....don't go here people!

PATHETIC!! I bought a projector bracket for my media room and was told that I could return it if it didn't fit. I came back on the same day of purchase with the invoice and was told the refund would be done the following day. After 3 MONTHS I am still waiting for the money to come back into my account. Excuse after excuse is all that happens. So much pain for R600!! Terrible customer service and no integrity AT ALL to follow through on promises made.
After calling with no answer, I drove all the way to your business address: 39 Durham Ave, Salt River. just to find that you guys aren't there anymore. Please update your address and answer your phone!!! are you guys still in business?
