i have been with them nearly a decade - they are the old 'goldfields medical health scheme', a group scheme, a closed scheme for employees of goldfields and mainly functional on the west rand. as with all such organisations you will get a mix of people - but patience and good manners will bear fruit, it will also help if you conform to their rules and regulations and pay your premiums - i can just surmise that most people who are dissatisfied with them have their own little agendas.
