I was really excited to book our puppy dog for training, and after contacting the owner a few times via whatsapp, leaving messages and phoning, I receiced very bad service. No communication and only ome vague response. Just one whatsapp message, to say that we can bring him at 11am the following day. I could not attend and asked if we can join the next Saturday.. With no reaponse.. I phoned, no answer or call back. I believe good client service is responding to a clients enquiries, returning calls and replying to whatsapp messages, even if you cant help them. I would not recommend this school at all.

So, we decided to take our puppy for training. We contacted SIT via Whatsapp - to which short answers was received, as it he didn’t want to speak to us. We arranged for the first class to be Saturday, 24 October. That morning my sister went into labor and i had to take her to the hospital. I sent a message to explain why we missed the class and confirmed that we will definitely be attending the next class on 31 October - to which no response was received, only blue ticks (read). On Saturday, 31 October, we then took our puppy and went all the way to the NG Church which we were informed is the place the training takes place. Note that we live in Waverley, so it’s quite far. We got to the church and there was A LOT of cars, some Sector Security meeting of something. We sent a message to the man and asked where exactly we should go, after which he just read, went offline and never replied. We then drove out of the church and waited outside just to make completely sure where we are supposed to go. After a few minutes we then sent another message, saying that we are waiting outside the church. No answer - phone off. We tried calling 4(FOUR) times, without success since his phone was then off. We then drove all the way back home, and never received any reply as to why he didn’t reply, no explanation, nothing! I would definitely not recommend this training school. To maintain a successful business you actually require communication skills & need to assist your clients. The service we received was very unprofessional.
Good and friendly trainer. Great selection of dogs for socialization of your doggo. Pricing amd value for money is excelent.
Wasn't impressed with the guy. I wasn't expecting my dog to be some K9 unit after we finished because I know it takes a long time. I had no issue with anyone there because everyone was nice and polite but when I asked the trainer some questions afterwards it felt like he didn't want to talk to me and wanted to be somewhere else so he kept his answers short, I took the hint and greeted. The only reason I'm not giving one star is because he isn't some schmuck that wants money, he offer a free class so that I can see if I wanted to join his classes, which is very affordable in any case.
