Exorbitant upfront costs. She wasn't really interested in listening to symptoms. She was particularly drawn to a specific diagnosis despite the results of the tests she wanted done not supporting this diagnosis. On the plus side, I was phoned to notify of the test results and not made to come in for another consult.

Dr Sitharam was the biggest waste of money. She doesn't offer the patient the proper advice nor does she concern herself about the History of the patient. Her exorbitant fees are not the least bit an indication of her capabilities

Dr Sithram at waterfall Hospital was the biggest waste of my time and money. She is rude and assisted us hurriedly without any empathy or concern esp because i had brought my child to her. Her communication skills as well as her mannerisms are absolutely appalling. I wouldn't recommend her services to anyone!!

Dr Raksha Sitharam is an excellent doctor. She explained everything in detail about migraines and helped me to understand what can cause it, what can be done to minimise/manage it. She does not rush through the consultation, moreover she was extremely calm and pleasant… I strongly recommend her …!!!
