I purchase all my kerstase hair products from them.Best part is they do free delivery and cod or card payments wherever you are.Just purchased my glam palm they where very helpful and informative believe me I asked lots of questions. They even showed me different type irons available and help me test them to make a decision.

THAT'S THE PROBLEM - I DID NOT ORDER THE TUMMY RUB CREAM. If you did not have the product for R950 you should have just told me and I would have waited until it arrived, instead, you delivered the wrong product (with a broken seal) just to make a sale. Jee wiz guys! Never again!! You've just lost a valuable customer. Poor customer service - Firstly, it was YOU who delivered the wrong product. Secondly, you delivered a product with a broken seal. Thirdly, your driver should have inspected the product in front of me, not in his vehicle, as he could have broken the seal himself. There should have been transparency. Clearly this is not good business practice. I did not open the box as you delivered the wrong product. Seems like your focus was on making a sale out of the defect product rather than gaining a loyal, satisfied customer who has purchased from you previously. Very disappointing.
