Very bad customer service. I purchased pool decking and required facia boards to finish the job, I contacted the Travis the owner of the business and was told that he would have them painted in the right colour I needed to make immediate payment and the goods would be ready today, I followed up yesterday as I received a call from a sales lady asking about that she was not told that the goods needed to be painted in the same colour. I than called Marius and he confirmed that all was in order he was getting the correct color yesterday and the goods would be ready by 12:00 today. I followed up again today and was told that they still waiting for the right color paint and will rather refund me. I spoke to a the owner Travis told him I will write a review and aggressively in a hash and rude tone he mentioned that he would refund me. They would not refund the decking which I now need to remove so that I can get the right facias to match my job. DONT BUY FROM THIS company
