Had my first filler treatment with Dr Graham Duncombe at the Skin Renewal in Willowbridge centre yesterday. I was considering doing the treatment for a long time, but really hesitant as the idea of it was that it is going to be sore. Dr Graham explained everything in detail and put me really at ease before and during my treatment. Love my end result and cant wait to go for my follow up to see how it has settled, definitely hooked!

I received incredible service until I started asking follow up questions after my Lip filler. A week after my initial procedure I phoned as I wasn't too happy with the volume and was rudely told by the receptionist that I needed it to settle a bit. So I did. I made a follow up appointment for a week later, but unfortunately I had gotten sick. I was also a bit put off at this point by the receptionists very rude behavior. Having had to cancel my follow up I again mailed a few weeks later expressing my concern about the unevenness in my bottom lip to which they offered to take a look at if it bothers me too much and if the filler doesn't settle (its still uneven almost 2 months on) Two weeks ago I sent images concerning my filler practically being completely gone after 6 weeks. I expressed my disappointment and asked for advice as to how to prevent something like this as I had followed the aftercare procedure quite dillengently. . To date I have still not gotten any response. Which is disappointing considering the absolutely extortionate cost of the juvederm smile filler (0. 5ml) compared to other clinics.
