This studio is set in beautiful surroundings,which certainly add to the yoga experience. However currently all classes are on Zoom but it is still a very good experience. I regularly attend Celeste's Vinyasa Classes,she is an excellent teacher. Each class has a focus,and progression,with clear instruction and plenty of modification tips,so every 'body' can work at its own level. Definitely give her a try!
