I have been waiting nearly a year for constructive feedback on a request regarding equipment bought from Skylabs. My last email about the problem has been unanswered since July 2020. its September. The last reply i did get after following up was they don't have an answer to my question, rather wanted to know if there was something else they could sell to me.
