Probably the WORST customer service ever experienced in my life ... my mother on oxygen permanently needed a new mask . I was ready to pay as soon as we recieved the invoice. This was early morning Nov 5 . Waited the whole day ...NO invoice . Called back again very early Friday NoV 6 to once again plead for an invoice. This was sent immediately and payment made at 8.36 am with proof of payment sent as well as a follow up email on invoice asking for conformatoon of payment recieved. We also called them and confirmed payment was made ....today 5 days later calling to get a tracking nr just to be told package has not left as no payment comformation received .... finally my email asking to confirm payment received are located as well as the direct comfirmation form the bank in PDF format .....wait just to be told that is not a confirmatiom of payment . But now they are ready to ship immediaty without payment confirmation . Avoid at all cost . Schalk shoulb be ashamed of the way he conducts this bussiness. Acrually a miracle the doors are still open ....... PATHETIC is to much of a compliment ！ Update Nov 11. 11.30 . I was promised the package will be delivered to my mother in person today. She told Schalk and the office she now lives in an old age home in Franschoek. She gave them the address and name. I also told them yesterday I expect them to take it staright to her in Franschoek yesterday. Schalk said courier will pick it up and hand deliver to her today. I just got a call ....it was delivered to Paarl where she lived till 18 months ago ..... luckily someone was there to receive it . Now I have to arrange for it to be taken to her from Paarl to Franschoek. I guess should have expected the USELESSNESS to continue .... Johan Sales manager I sent you an email ....waiting for your call .

Took me four days of calling to get an invoice from them and the three persons I worked with were condescending and unprofessional. They did not send me everything I ordered and after not reading their emails they did not receive my pop and when my courier arrived , not only did they refuse to give my goods they sent my confidential medical invoice to the courier company. If this was a medical emergency I would not have survived.

Horrible service. Cant just buy replacement part for a mask. Need to buy a brand new one, even if it has been designed to be anle to buy replacements. Ebay is a much better option. Its online and you dont have to talk to unprofessional staff
