Good workmanship, but disorganized administration. They continually make commitments they can't keep. Maybe the experience would've been better if I had physically taken my machine there instead of calling in. It's an exercise in frustration.
Honestly only used them because I couldn't find anyone else. Customer service was absolutely horrible, from communication to basic manners. I had to constantly call and find out what was going on. Every time they came to fetch the washing machine, they arrived AFTER hours and this was extremely annoying. They "fixed" washing machine in December, it started coming up with the same error codes as before they fixed it (which then meant it had to have been the same issue which they fixed and charged me for a brand new pump) and they claimed that it was my fault, anyway, they returned it and "fixed" it now but again, only arrived at 5PM. In the future would honestly rather buy a new washing machine.
Couldn't find 0 stars. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. They have (still got it) my microwave for 4 months!!! 32 Emails, 17 calls. Stay away!
I have NEVER had such disgusting service from any company. I have been waiting for an AEG oven door since July 2020, it is now February 2021(I sold the house with the oven in Sept 2020) You can never get hold of the owner, which is why the service is below zero, he obviously is not hands on and doesn't really care about his business. If the door is not replaced by the19th February I will be making a post on Hello Peter. As there is no way of replying to your response. It is a blatant liar. Then why did I pay my money to you ? Please refund my money and I will go to AEG direct. I note there is NO apology. Disgraceful
