The staff at Northgate are so unhelpful. I support you every week by dropping off amounts equaling 4 wheelie bins of recycling. Today I ask the lady if they had any boxes at the main area and she said I could go around and check if they have. Upon arriving there most of the staff were sitting or lying on the ground in the shade. I stopped and asked if they had any boxes, after seeing 100's piled up and without even acknowledging me got a blunt "no boxes'!.. guess I will be taking my recycling elsewhere in future.

They claim to be a plastic recycler but have seen them on multiple occasions dumping and burning plastic waste just across from cradlestone near a river.
