Service AT the service centre is great but don't even try to get hold of them telephonically as they either keep you holding for countless minutes at a time, or cut you off or you get a message " the subscriber you have dialled is not available at present". I wish they would sort this out - no use just telling us they are recording the calls for quality purposes - they should start with answering their phones !!

The place is neat and tidy and the staff is very friendly.

Worst place ever! Doesnt accept cash, however before going out to the place we were in contact with someone at the store who didnt even inform us. I wouldn't suggest buying any of their products as it seems to be a nightmare to get spares, so not only are the products unreliable, to get it fixed is even more frustrating. Never again!

Took my kettle of 3 years in to be checked as it was not switching on and I was assisted with professionalism and respect . Walked out within 45min with my kettle working perfectly fine. Happy with their service ....!

Waited for 30minutes to see what they have only to be told they cant help me with the oven I was looking for. Shocking for a premium brand to have an outlet store with no service and no system whatsoever. They wont see me again. Dont waste your time.
