They can do better with human relation by investing in customer satisfaction. However will still give them a chance, since there is potential for growth and development. Their delivery service is excellent and on time.

I am truly not impressed with the delivery times from Nandos in Soshanguve Buitekant, pick n pay complex, whenever I place an order, it always takes over an hour to get to me, whether I'm 1 km away or 5 km, it makes no difference. They also don't update the tracking order function after the driver has picked up your order so there is no way of telling where your order is and when to expect it.

I stood in queue for a good 15 minutes without anyone assisting me while everyone was at the back dealing with orders. The female manager literally screams at the staff in front of everyone. She is loud and seems rude.
