The sales/specials are absolutely amazing!!! The owner/manager is easy to talk to! Although what's required is their approach in regards to face to face relation with a customer, the reception is quite cold face to face but very kind on the phone which is something they need to work on. I got there and I literally smiled alone and was just referred to another person as if I'm someone working there...

Ordered a Guitar pedal and was to be delivered within a week, more than a week passed and no update. Asked for refund and only to not be answered and now there is no update on anything, really bad service... (Update a month and half later) Had to get Ombudsman to get my refund as this place is absolutely pathetic and malicious. Did not make any attempt to resolve my issue and give my refund as per their refund policy. Don't buy anything from them! Would not recommend.

I spoke to Tim on getting a entry level keyboard. He made sure I knew exactly what the process was, and managed timelines and expectations with regards to sourcing and delivering the product. I was on a tight schedule, so I ended up driving through to pick up the order; they were very accommodating in the process. Bonus points because the office smelled like fresh toast.

Went there 2 weeks ago to buy a condenser mic and the staff was nonchalant and not bothered. One of the guys even yawned loudly as we arrived. How rude? The receptionist was not friendly either and more concerned with the personal call she was on. I wouldn't recommend going to the store. Buy online if you really have to.

Extremely bad service. Will never encourage anyone to take an instrument there for repairs. I have been trying hopelessly to get feedback on the repairs of my instrument for 5 MONTHS NOW! Yes, 5 Months. And the techinician in charge of my repairs ignores my following up completely, and when he does answer my query, he doesn't know anything. After payment up front ofcourse! Pathetic Service.

We bought our son a beautiful online electric guitar and was amazed by the immediate response we received despite it being 10pm at night. The service was quite and efficient. We had a bit of a hiccup with the colour of it but we then received a call from Luke who managed the situation professionally and in an outstanding manner. He looked around and found another perfect guitar for my little one in the right colour and negotiated a great deal - Thank you Luke!
