Because they don't keep to appointments and make u follow the wrong que only to change the que and make u start all over again

I went in & out today. They didn't tell me what was missing on my papers. I had to fix each paper one by one. Running from SARS to wherever I needed to get the papers from & back three times. I even missed their small business educational workshop & I don't know if I'll be called back when there's another one. At least the consultant said she doesn't know if I'll be called back. Heartbreaking to miss a workshop while you're in the same building as the workshop
