Dont know were to start i was not asked what I am doing at SARS in richards bay but given a ticket with a number stating general inqueries and while waiting treated with such content and disrespect it brought me to tears this after waiting for 3 hrs specailly mrs B mkhwanazi the staff need to be trained in people skills this is one place you don't whant to spend time in let hope I can use e-filing from now on very unhappy tax payer
