Best service I did not get the ladies number. Private sector could never give me such service ever well done. The patience and professionalism I have never experienced in the Hospitality industry in South Africa. Hospitality have no clue about service which I received today . Sad that the private sector think they serve in South Africa but you will never match up to SERVICE the way I received at Nelspruit SARS.

Go early as possible. Expect 3 to 4 hour wait and make sure you have your documents to ensure you not turned away in the queue.
A cool shopping mall and located in a good environment I love the parking set up of this place.
7 tellers open with a full hall of people, waiting 4 hours and nobody can tell us how long we must still wait. Sars, waisting citizens time.
