VW under general is a great car and the the brand and manufacturer has done very well as far innovation and coming up with good cars is concerned. VW Maponya on the other hand is not very inspiring to take your car to for a number of reasons, taken from my personal experience: - I have learned to ask for written quotation first from them before letting them work on my car as several times in the past I have been charged more than what I had been quoted and my written quotations saved me. - They have had to replace the same part 3 times and still did not make a proactive initiative to find out what causes the same part to fail. - They don't give courtesy cars easily unless you are white or/and your car is still under warranty or possibly friend with the manager (i.e. Seun). - The car wash is always not well done, I don't complain about it anymore. - After insisting on a courtesy car, I was asked to find my own insurance for their car. - Regardless of how much you have been loyal to the brand and the dealership, you are treated like you are just a number. Overall, my experience has not been the greatest with this dealership.

Please be weary when you take your car in for a service or repairs. My licences disk went missing/stolen there for a Polo tsi- still don't know what they going to do with it!
