I injured myself 2 years ago and after many visits to various physiotherapists and chiropractors a friend suggested hydrotherapy. I had absolutely amazing results with it. Recently I injured my back and went to chiropractors and physiotherapists, again without much success and decided hydrotherapy again. After 1 session I am already feeling better. I highly recommend the services of biokineticists Danielle & Tracey at the Sports Centre. Very professional, very caring and they get the job done. If I could give more stars I would. They do rehab (in the gym and pool) as well as give pilates classes and water classes.

Was at Tuks Sport Centre to attend a graduation cermony of a family member. Large in size. I have also seen it being used as a venue for Expo Projects.
