I'm so disappointed and hurt by the service received. I'm not sure if it's because of the car model that I have or the fact that my car had a cracked windscreen cause I don't think race had anything to do with it. I sent in my car today to the Hyundai is Springfield Park. I was number four. Everything seemed okay. I received a call at 11:39am that I can collect my car it's done and being washed. I go in at at 5pm after work to a bill of R1924 which I didn't mind as I thought I was paying for good service only to get to my car and it dirtier than I had left it. My car was never washed, I'm not even sure if anything was done. I don't trust anything on the invoice. I'm not sure if they actually did anything to me car. Please tell me why did you guys do this to my car, to me. Why? I don't understand what warrants this pathetic service I received being a cash paying customer.

Bad service, The entire service department is absolutely pathetic from management to staff.There is no receptionist seated at a desk to assist. Even trying to call and get through is a mission. They cut your call , and you cannot even complain as they do not identify who answers the call. really unprofessional. Badly managed franchise with PATHETIC management .By far the most unprofessional car service experience I've ever had. This dealership deserves a zero star rating

Cool place. Love the service here. From the security at the gate to all floor staff. The greetings the smiles they make you think you will just get keys and drive off. Pleasant atmospheres

The standard of the quality service has dropped significantly and their excuse is due to Covid unfortunately they have not dropped the cost of the service and repairs. Makes you wonder
