Worst service ever and Cell C was my first and only service provider. My phone has been send for repairs twice. The first time I get it back with the same problem, it is send to the ARC again. I get sms updates as the process progresses. The last sms I received on 19/02/19 said phone has been dispatched from ARC. I try 3 days to get hold of Cell C. Eventually I phone Springs Mall management to give them a message. I phone 135 and they says my phone has been received by the shop 20/02/19. I have not received any sms, call nothing to tell me the phone can be collected. I get through to the Cell C shop, just to speak to a very rude lady, telling me to come in. I'm working and not staying in Springs. How can I just "come in" when ever???? Really really poor!!!!!!! I'm furious to say the least......

Bad service, asking for sim swap, the staff are busy playing their phone, never help and give me millions of troubles, then go to carnival mall cell c, solve my problem just 2 minutes, not worth everone support cell C in springs mall.
