Horrible service. Disrespectful to customers. The staff are visiting shoprite and other shops to get their breakfast while customers are waiting. No one to help customers with queries when they enter the bank. Only one teller working, the rest are AWOL or chatting and by their cubical. One of the worst experiences as a customer.
