I couldn't program a spare remote for our 3 security gates & took both the already programmed & new remtes to Prosafe. The staff were really helpful & did the necessaries efficiently. No charge even though the new remote wasn't bought from them. Later on someone else also wanted a remote configured. We went to Prosafe. Same excellent & cheerful & ( free) service. If I could give more than ***** I would.

I would love to know why we pay a fortune a month for surveillance cameras, which Pro Safe monitor 24/7, and a guard on the premises from 18:00 - 06:00, yet we still carry a loss of R70 000 due to theft. Our premises were broken in to, while the guard was on duty! He called for back up upon which ProSafe arrived, had a quick look and left again. Why did they not phone the police immediately? They are suppose to be 24/7 ARMED response, and then they show up in their casual clothing, definitely not armed... Of course, they take absolutely no responsibility.

Some of our personal belongings went missing while their technical personnel were working at our house..... After complaining about our missing items, a polygraph were supposedly done. It came back negative. So, did we now steal from ourselves ???
