I get that we are dealing with a pandemic, but the service at Telkom Springs can definitely improve! Surely they can have more employees working at a time, and perhaps work a bit faster? The waiting lines are endless, which is not something I would recommend for the elderly or those with back pain!

Absolutely hopeless stood outside for over an hour with just 3 people in front of me of which the 1st person was sitting outside for over 2 hours to be helped. When I finally got in after the hour wait they couldn't even do my upgrade cause they have not stock!!! Management seriously need to look at this store and at the staff!! Telkom your service is absolutely kak!!
