Very disappointing experience. I took an item that I wanted to sell and was only offered a fraction of the price even though I had a certificate clearly as proof of the value of the item. What an insult. It is sad too see that people are being ripped off like this everyday thinking that they are getting a good deal for there items when they don't know what the real value actually is.
